To become a member of the Academy

just follow these simple rules.

1. Fill out the required application form and receive your first session free of charge.

e-mail us your address details to receive one by post or see the instructors on a training night.

3.  Obtain a white Gi by the time of your fourth session from whatever source.

4.  Attend at least one regular training session per calendar month.

During a typical training session

Have hands on experience of all techniques shown.
